I have sold an item and they are saying that it's not what it's describe they want to go threw buyer protection please can you tell me what this means do I have to pay or does pay pal

If they win a dispute for item received but not as described then once the buyer has returned the item back to you then you have to refund them.
Advice is voluntary.

They are keeping the item. Which they received yesterday but payed me the money 2month ago which I don't have no more. The money when threw my friends pay pal not mine
