My bank refunded back to my PayPal it's now in minus. Do I transfer the money to my PayPal account or does PayPal attempt to take the money out again? I don't want to double up. It's happened before

Paypal normally try again a few days later.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
