Automatic payment issue

So I’ve signed up for this automatic payment on a merchant website. However recently I realised the merchant has deleted his only form of communication which is Instagram. The result is that I cannot cancel the subscription. Recently he also increased the rates of automatic payment from €20 to €50. I have also tried unsubscribing on his website but to no avail. I am getting scammed each month and even PayPal can’t help me. This subscription was made on a guest account with only gmail attached to it.

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
