I ordered from a merchant here in the Philippines and my account was debited accordingly, however she had problems in delivering my order hence she did not capture my payment until i received the order (my order arrived after more than a month and it was on COD). 30 days have passed and my purchase was omitted from my activities, it has been 60 days from the date of payment and i still haven't received the refund. I expect to at least see if she did claim my payment but it was not listed in my activities. What should i do?
