Hey Everyone! I have a resolved issue with a transaction, and paypal tells me the ammount has been refunded. Well it is not. I reached out to the provider, but they were running a scamming site, and so the answers were not even useful. They told me they would refund but ofc they didnt, and when I told them about that my money is missing, they didnt even bother to answer. My question is, is the refund written on the paypal site an actual authorized transaction, that will eventually arrive on my bank account, or it is just a false reassurance, like the paypal service asked the scammers how is the delivery going, they said theyve refunded and paypal just writes out the ammount they were told ?
