Account number not visible

I have shopped with Paypal for a number of years and for the first time need to recover a refund. The seller is looking for an a/c number but on logging in and clicking on 'summery' there is no sign on the left side of further access to locate this number. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Yendor1,

I apologize that I am as confused as you are on this one because PayPal doesn't use account numbers. We differentiate between PayPal accounts by the email address; which is all the seller needs to locate the transaction in order to issue you a refund. If they are having trouble, then they are more than welcome to contact us and we can help them issue a refund, but if you feel that they are not being truthful, then you may want to consider opening a dispute.
