Welcome to our Community Forums! I'm sorry to hear a recent payment wasn't sent as you had expected. Unfortunately, there is not a way to change a payment from Goods & Services to Friends & Family after it's already been sent. Bare in mind, not all PayPal users may be able to receive payments as Friends and Family depending on the country they live in. If the option to send money as Friends and Family to a PayPal user is available, you'll see the option before finalizing the transaction. I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
