Accidental cancelation of a reservation who had paid in full for her reservation.

Hi

I accidentally cancelled a reservation for a booking made through 365 Villa.  The guest had paid in full through PayPal for the reservation before I cancelled her booking (Transaction ID: 7KC3559488766002S).  My question is:  Will PayPal automatically refund her funds?  If so, is there any way for that not to happen or do I need the guest to pay again.
