So I booked a reservation for a hotel through Expedia and payed with Paypal almost a week ago and the payment is still pending. Because of this my hotel reservation still has not been confirmed, as the merchant (Expedia) for some reason still hasn't accepted the payment, and I don't have the option to cancel my paypal transaction. What should I do?
When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
