So I booked a reservation for a hotel through Expedia and payed with Paypal almost a week ago and the payment is still pending. Because of this my hotel reservation still has not been confirmed, as the merchant (Expedia) for some reason still hasn't accepted the payment, and I don't have the option to cancel my paypal transaction.
