I can't find any business that takes PayPal. They list it as a payment but when I select it it tells me to enter a credit card. Where do you use it?

A lot of merchants (or PayPal themselves) want a card as back up even though you're paying with balance and to set up billing agreements to make future checkouts more streamlined/quicker.

So they would still use the PayPal account for payment?
