Order from client Completed but didn't receive the payment

Hello 👋

 

I have been using a platform to sell my music (beatstars) and it have been working perfectly since recently.

 

A client recently bought a beat through this platform and the platform as usual splits the money between myself and the person with who I made the beat (50 50 split). The payment was apparently successful for the other person but I didn't receive my part. I have contacted beatstars support team and they told that the problem might’ve came from paypal.

 

Let me know if you need any precision or any further information to get this problem solved !
