IPN history is showing No IPN messages were found for the past 24 hours but receiving successful payment.
Having the same issue since yesterday.
My website is not receiving the IPN complete transaction message... purchases are getting stuck in Pending.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
