PayPal Commerce Platform Partner Application

Hello,

I am developer who has developed a reporting and accounting application that I would like to integrate with PayPal. As I understand it, I need to be approved as a partner in the PayPal Commerce Platform in order to make calls on the part of third-parties (my app's customers).  I put in an application about a month ago but have not heard anything back yet.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get a response after submitting an application?

I have also applied using the contact form and haven't heard back. It's been like 3-4 months.
