I've been using PayPal integration with IPN for several years for several subscription services that I run. This last few weeks I've found that occasionally a payment IPN will not be generated for a reoccurring payment. If I look at the PayPal IPN history, it doesn't have a record for the transaction (even though I get the payment and associated emails).
