On July 28, I had 3 separate orders for books, 2 of them identical. When I was processing the orders, 2 of them kept getting each other's email addresses crossed by PayPal auto fill. I noticed it when I was printing packing slips. I was unable to change anything on my end so it was indeed a PayPal error. Can someone there please check into this problem as I've now got an open case with one of the customers saying that he didn't receive the book, even though tracking shows it was delivered to him.
