I'm testing a Buy Now button in the sandbox. When the fake customer ('personal' email address) pays with their PayPal account they don't get a purchase confirmation email in the Notification Centre.
But when they pay with the credit card they do get a confirmation.
The fake business always gets a notification.
What could be the cause?

Thank you for posting to the PayPal Merchant Community.
You will only see an email notification in the Developer Dashboard if the sandbox account is associated with your developer account.
Here is how you can ensure that the Personal Sandbox Account is associated:
- Log into the Developer Dashboard https://developer.paypal.com
- Hover over Testing Tools
- Click on Sandbox Account
- If you do not see the sandbox account listed, click on "Link other sandbox accounts to this developer account"
- Log into your Personal Sandbox Account
- Follow the instructions to link the account
- Return to the developer dashboard
After the account is linked, when you go to Testing Tools and choose Sandbox Notifications, you will see any notifications for the Personal sandbox account.

Thanks Jennifer. I checked and both accounts (personal and business) were already linked. However, I am now seeing the personal account notifications. They were taking up to 2 days to arrive. So, for now, all good. Thanks again.
