Mandatory Account Creation Hindering Customer Experience

Hello, I'm the owner of a website that provides monthly subscription-based electronic services, and most of my clients are from the Arab Republic of Egypt. I use PayPal as a payment gateway for my services offered through my website, which represent monthly subscriptions paid by the customer. I have connected the platform to my website via PayPal Express API. I'm facing an issue where PayPal forces customers to create an account when paying for the subscription using debit or credit cards, despite activating the guest checkout service and making customer registration non-mandatory from the service settings on PayPal's website.
