Hey guys,one of my buyers opened a case after delivery now my account is on hold how can I resolve that

Depends what the dispute was opened for?

 

If it was for non receipt of item then you would need to provide a tracking number that showed delivery of the item to the buyer.

If it was for item received but not as described, then Paypal will decide dependent on the info you and the buyer give, however if Paypal do favour the buyer then they tend to have to return the item back to you first before a refund is done.

 

If it was an unauthorised dispute or a chargeback then you need to read up on Paypal seller protection to see if you may be covered.
