Customer claims PayPal said my company/site was not trusted after receiving an REVGQVVMA error

I have a customer that keeps getting an error when trying to purchase from my website. The error is as follows:

checkoutweb/genericError?code=REVGQVVMVA%3D%3D&cancelLink=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.graytechnical.com%2F%3Fpage_id%3D172%2F%3Fpayment-id%3D23585&merchantName=Gray%20Technical%2C%20LLC

The customer said they contacted PayPal customer support in the Netherlands (where they live) and claimed they were told that PayPal security system had my company and/or site not rated as a trusted company and/or site.

I assume the error code is REVGQVVMVA, but Googling that basically told me that it was a cookie error.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Good day @graytechnical,

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

I would suggest to please try now via card which is not linked to your PayPal account, since merchants can't process self payments.

If your still facing issues, please create a MTS ticket via -  https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US with the detail information and error details.

Sincerely,

Chiranjeevi
