Paypal buttons have stopped working. They used to work. They no longer work.
When you click on them you get an error:
Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.
Help!
I have changed the website parameters as suggested on various youtube videos.
I do not have a wordpress business plan and so cannot use plug ins.
I just want to use simple HTML buttons on my site.

I have copied and pasted the HTML button from my paypal account.
When you click on the button you get an error:

I have not changed the website or touched it months.
The site used to work. It does not now.
I have copied and pasted the code into a notepad document and created a standalone .html file. Same error.
I have checked the encryption settings in my paypal account and they are off etc
I do not know what else to do/ Please help.
