payment error "things don't appear to be working at moment"

My customers are unable to pay online due to a PayPal error in my store. When customers click the payment button after entering the shipping address, a pop-up window with the message "things don't appear to be working at moment" appears, but they cannot make a payment.

The same problem is repeated even when reconnecting after disconnecting the payment connection at Wix .

I'm sorry to hear your customers are unable to make payments. The best to do in this case is to reach out to our Merchant Technical Support. You only need to log in to your account and fill out the information requested to create a ticket. After you submit your ticket, a technician will be assigned to help you, they will contact you by email and provide you with any updates.

I'm having exactly the same problem at the moment. 

It has just happened a few hours ago. I called PayPal support but they seems incapable of solving this issue. Can you please help me?

Getting the same here - any PayPal buttons with Subscription raise this error message. Anyone out there with ideas?

PS. your captcha asked for me to click all pictures of motorcycles, it wouldn't let me proceed until i clicked the photo of a baby's pram. Just saying.
