Simple checkout button that collects basic user input

Hello,

I am trying to create a simple checkout that has a dropdown with 4 prices, and asks some other basic information such as the name attached (may be different from the Paypal account used to purchase), size options, etc. I had successfully done this a few years ago and generated code that uses the on0/os0, on1/os1 etc. items. It mostly works but the problem is that my "hosted_button_id" points to an old one with old prices and options and I can't see in the new API where to change that. Also the hosted_button_id should point to an old account at the same email that should have been deleted, but populates the old values.

Alternatively, I've been working with Integration Builder but a) am having trouble finding in the documentation where to add these multiple items, and b) I'm hosting on a pretty primitive site and I'm not sure I can integrate too much that's not basic HTML.

Thanks for any advice.
