Setting up a merchant (Smart Payment Button)

We made payments with Polish cards. After filling out the payment form and processing it, a message about successful payment appears. But you can't see incoming payments in your PayPal account. A request to withdraw money from a bank card is also not received. Perhaps the payment form does not work correctly or works in test mode. Please check the form of payment. Thanks.
