Hi @Sartruce,
We apologize for any inconvenience.
Thank you for providing the website Url.
I have tired to reproduce the issue via your website - www.ediner.in and could able see that payment flow is failing due to limitations in your PayPal account.
Unfortunately, we don't have account level access to toggle/update account settings.
I request to please contact our toll free Customer service line to resolve/remove the account limitations.
Thank you for understanding and patience.
Sincerely,
Chiranjeevi

We have the exact same issue, none of our customers are able to make payment anymore for the past 2-3 weeks. Customer support confirmed our account is completely fine and verified and are stating it's probably technical. We use the default WooCommerce plugin for PayPal.
Please try to checkout with PayPal on our website: <removed>

Fixed by PayPal support! Copying solution here for everyone:
Upon checking your issue, which is caused by your account setting.
By default, you accept payments from encrypted and unencrypted buttons. For additional security, you can prevent buyers from sending payments to you through unencrypted buttons.
After you change this setting, we reject payments from your buyers who click an unencrypted button. This is why your buyers cannot make payment on your website.
So please kindly follow below steps to accept all payments to your account:
1.Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the [Account Setting] beside "Log Out".
3. Click Update near 'Website preferences.'
4. Select ‘Off’ next to ‘Block Non-encrypted Website Payment
Once you turn off this setting your buyer would be able to pay on your website.
