The Encrypted website payments, setting is turned off on the account still getting the issue.

I have the same issue and my encryption setting is also turned off.

I'm having the same issue, but through invoicing. Most customers have had zero issues. But two this week have had this same error when trying to pay their invoice. Both customers have paid invoices with no problem in the past. Still not working as of this morning.
