How can I change the email and the name from the receiver of money?

Hello, I opened the account with my personal email address and name. Than I added a random email to receive payment (payment@...) and have this as the primary email.
When a customer now order something, my personal email and name will show up. Any idea how I can change this?

Please mark the other new added email address as "Primary".

Here's how to add, remove or update an email address:

1. Go to your Settings.
2. In the "Email" section, you can add, edit or remove:

• To add a new email address, click +. Enter the email address and click Add Email. We'll automatically send you an email to confirm it. Click the link in our email.
• To edit an email address, click Edit next to the address you want to change. Make the update and click Change Email.
• To remove an email address, click Remove.

I would suggest to please contact our PayPal Customer service via link - https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us (then choose at the bottom one of the contact methods - email or phone) who should be able to help you regarding the request.

They will be able to assist you further as they are specially trained to address this type of account inquiry.
