I am setting up a Facebook page for selling. How do I insert the Paypal icon for payment in the URL section?

If you're talking about selling on a Facebook Business page like this:

You either select to "Message to buy" or "Checkout on another site".  For the latter, you'll need to supply PayPal.me link for the url or link to your own checkout site as mentioned on in the blog link above.
