Been using ebay and payla for many years so well used th their systems, recenlty one of my listngs had an invalid email address on it so i was unable to recieve customers payments i can no longer access that email so i can not click on the payment link to claim the money, understandably customer are annoyed and say we must post there good as they have paid but we do not have there payment what shoudl i do ?
If your payment has been sent to an email address that you can no longer access, you would need to reach out to your buyer directly and ask them to cancel the payment on their account and then resend the payment to your correct email address.
