I use the virtual terminal very infrequently as my traffic is almost exclusively through the PayPal e-commerce payment gateway.
Last week I did two VT transactions and while they showed as approved at the time of processing my summary shows them as pending
and so the amounts son't credit my account. I have seen this before and they clear off within 24 hours but these two are still pending
several days later.
Where can I find the details of what to expect in this circumstance as I can't see anything in the FAQ?
