Disapointment of paypal here

Good Evening,

 

I've had a paypal account for ages and its great so i started a business and got paypal here. Ive had it a week and still cant use it. I have contacted paypal on the 9/3/15 and still it saying additional docs required. I spoke to paypal yesterday and today no one got back to me. Tomorrow is the busiest day and i cant use it after spending £69.

 

I will ask for a refund on monday and get izetter. The card reader is free and i have a chance it might work.

 

Total rubbish 0/10

The point is to tell the world PayPal has not helped me and I'm stuck with £69 worth of plastic. A week has gone by and still can't use the app. A supervisor was suppose to contact me and still nothing. Can not log in.

Not sure the world will be that interested in x1 person having a bit of a problem over £69. 

 

Just give customer services another call.

Have you tried both of these??

 

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".



OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

As a new customer I'm concerned by posts like this, and many others in here, relating to how bad PayPal Here is - incompatibility with devices, poor support, inexplicable application refusals, online signup being faulty, poor response times to posts...

 

Someone please convince me that this is the right solution for our business!

you will always get peole posting about comlaints but rarely will people post that are happy, this is classic ilness called FORUMITIS 🙂

 

I have it and it works flawlessly, not happy about the charges but hey that's business.

 

I have an iPhone or iPad and so far no issues, not sure how reliable it is with other devices.
