I design websites Siobhan...I've tried all browsers, cleared cache, logged out and back in. The online sign-up procedure, in the UK anyway, just doesn't work. We phoned support and they confirmed this and took our application by phone...then we didn't hear anything else from them. This morning, an e-mail arrived asking for proof of ID and proof of address but it contained no mention of PayPal Here so, naturally, we were suspicious of this e-mail from a phishing sense. It told us to go to the resolution centre to upload these documents but when we go to the resolution centre within our PayPal account there is no option to upload supporting evidence and no note of our "Case". Again, this raised suspicions over the original e-mail we received. So I phoned support again and, after nearly an hour's wait, was told that there "should" be an upload button in the resolution centre. There just isn't. So...they sent us a link, via e-mail, to another page that has allowed us to upload a passport and bank statement and we await their reply. The whole process though Siobhan is very poor and that, combined with the slamming PayPal Here seems to be getting in this community, has me deeply concerned about how viable a solution this is for our business. We don't use Apple or Android devices - there appears to be no solution for us then - so we're having to invest in hardware (tablet) to accommodate this functionality for our business however when I asked phone support which devices were compatible they could only tell me that the list of compatible devices on the PayPal website "was about a year out-of-date". Any update on that you could offer? I'm hoping you can investigate our case and maybe let me know when we will receive news of our application? Thank you. NJ tradmusic.com
