How to make Paypal Extras MasterCard not Default Payment method?

I've stopped using this card for a while now but it seems like I can't make my other credit card the default option. It's really a hassle to have to change payment options every single time, and I even accidentally charged this card because I forgot to once. Is there anyway to make my other card the default payment method? I've checked the "Primary Credit Card" box but it doesn't seem to do the trick.

You can By navigating to the Account overview screen.. (The my account tab at the top) then on the second for your card click the view card details link.. Then on the card summary screen there should be an option on the right for account preferences.  the checkout preference is there.
