I had to report my PayPal Debit Mastercard as lost and apply for a replacement. This is at least the 2nd time I had to do this over the years. This time I was asked to provide information from another credit card to verify my address.
I entered my Visa Debit card which is issued by my bank and linked to my checking account which is the 'backup' payment source for my Paypal Debit Master Card. And yet - the sytem will not accept my Visa Debit card..
I have no other card - how can I get my paypal mastercard replaced??
