Hi Frances, On the account over screen in paypal you need to look for the box under the paypal balance box. On that box for your credit product click the view card details link. on the next page the box in the body of the screen will have a rewards tab on the left side I hope this helps

Any time I've hit the verification limit on paypal. I believe it gives the option to apply for credit or add a bank account. I can understand why you are frustrated but I can understand that at some point paypal would need to verify you to prevent people from laundering money through it's service

When you are the Account over Page you should see a section right below the box for paypal balance that says either Paypal Extras or ebay mC whichever you have.. On that section there is a link that says view card details. Click that link and it will direct you to the card page and on the box in the body of that page there is a link for rewards with the total below it.

I'm pretty sure the number is different because just like when you go to a department store they provide a temporary pass for you to use until you receive an actual card and activate.. I think it just takes some time after you activate for it to update the records with paypal.

You can By navigating to the Account overview screen.. (The my account tab at the top) then on the second for your card click the view card details link.. Then on the card summary screen there should be an option on the right for account preferences. the checkout preference is there.

Probably the commas and the dollar signs are not allowed in the field and threw you an error... That's why just 900 worked.

When you first open it. The account is available for use with your papal account. So if you have been using papal maybe that's why you see the charges.. As for your billing you might want to call and see if there are any defects with your address. Or maybe it hasn't even billed yet.
