While trying to get card, it keeps saying that I'm typing my birth date incorrectly?

Says on the top:

Some information is incorrect or missing.

Then, right above where I typed my birthday:

Enter 2 digits for the month, 2 digits for the day, and 4 digits for the year.

10 / 13 / 1980

Everytime I click Continue, it keeps coming up with that error. If someone could help, it would be greatly appreciated.
