Student Account Issue

This is an error totally on my part.  I entered my daughter's e-mail address incorrectly, so it is impossible to retrieve the confirmation code she needs to activate her debit card.  Is there some way to correct this?

Hi LadonnaC and welcome to the community!

You should be able to add a different email address to the student account to help take care of the incorrect one.  The student card shouldn't need any type of email confirmation (unless you just need to confirm the email address before anything can be done on the account).  When you are able to confirm the email address, click "permissions/notifications" put in the card number and exp date, create the pin number and click "activate".
