I made two purchases with my PayPal Mastercard Debit Card. I had more than enough available funds in PayPal. However it charged my back-up source (my bank). Any reasons why? Thank goodness I had enough money at my bank. I used to do this all the time, but it's been like 2 years since I've used my card last. Any help would be appreciated.
