paypal is charging me a $25.00 late fee, for paypal credit. I don't have any other amount in my paypal credit account except the $25.00 late fee. how do you spell fraud?

Your spelling is fine but if you want to use the spellcheck option then there is one.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
