Why can't PayPal correct its own device ID info?

Talk about making the chore of users asking what should be simple, straighforward questions SO DAMN DIFFICULT that users eventually just give up, in abject disgust! PayPal's GENIUS (overpaid BOZOS!)  apparently have NO ANSWERS AT ALL TO THE BASIC QUESTION OF WHY THEIR STUPID SYSTEM CONTINUALLY SENDS USERS WARNING ALERTS, WHENEVER THEY LOG-IN TO THEIR ACCOUNTS, WHEREVER THEY MAY BE, AND WHATEVER DEVICES THEY LOG IN FROM!? THIS MAKES ZERO SENSE AT ALL! IT UNNECESSARILY SCARES USERS, FOR NO LEGITIMATE REASON, OR METHODOLOGY AT ALL BY WHICH THIS SCARE TACTIC CAN BE FIXED!!!! WAKE UP, PAYPAL! OR AM I JUST WASTING MY TIME HERE? AFTER CALLING IN SEVERAL TIMES TO GET PAYPAL TO WAKE THE HELL UP, PAYPAL IS COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT HERE, UNABLE TO EVEN EXPLAIN WHY THEIR SYSTEM OPERATES IN THIS CLUELESS AND IDIOTIC FASHION! WHAT POSSIBLE VALUE IS IT TO USERS WHEN PAYPAL ROBOTICALLY SPEWS OUT THESE INCORRECTABLE MESSAGES, WITHOUT ANY WAY TO FIX WHATEVER CAUSES THIS STUPIDITY IN THE FIRST PLACE? APPARENTLY, IT NEVER CROSSES THESE BOZOS THAT JUST MAYBE, THERE SHOULD BE SOME WAY USERS CAN UNDERSTAND AND GET PAYPAL TO FIX THESE INFURIATING WASTES OF USERS' TIME! TALK ABOUT ABSURD CORPORATE INCOMPETENCE ELEVATED TO UTTER CATCH 22 INFURIATION! EITHER FIX THIS PROBLEM, PAYPAL, OR PROVE YOU CAN EVEN OPERATE OR THINK COHERENTLY YOURSELVES!
