Refund credit balance from PPC

I have a credit balance in my PayPal Credit Account. How do I get this money returned to me?

If you do not spend the money for a couple of billing cycles, then PayPal will issue a refund on the next billing cycle and perhaps either cut you cheque or send it to your PayPal balance...whatever their policy may be.
