Pending payment

Hi,

I paid for an item with paypal credit. Its sitting under pending but shows as two pending payments for the same item. I only bought one.

Would this sit like this till its authorized?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I have the same problem. I chose Pay in 3 to get a phone today for my girlfriend and two payments have been taken from my bank and it shows I have two payments pending in PayPal, but only one charge to the store. I only bought one phone. I only have on confirmation email of any purchase. I have raised a dispute with PayPal because I don't want to be charged twice for one purchase.

Its still sitting the same. I contacted the shop where I bought said item from, they said I only ordered one item. So I'm thinking it might change.

Thank you for your posts and welcome to the Community Forum!

When you make a payment using Pay-in-3, your PayPal account will show both the full payment and the first instalment. The full payment will show as a reference for the future, but you won't be charged the full amount. You will only be charged for the first instalments. Any additional pending payments will be either cancelled before the next instalment or completed when the next instalment is due.
