Used paypal credit to make a payment I've used it for in the past, today it charged an extra 7.26 fee, added it to the balance paid to my friend, so I had to choose a lower amount, and send them another ten bucks out of my other account to make up the difference, I use the full amount available in credit to make payments to this friend on money loaned to me, since when did they start adding yet more fees, and making them part of the payment to some one else?
