Paypal credit refunded, balance not change

So I got a refund from seller for $345 on my Paypal credit. My balance still shows the same amount I owe prior the refund. It didn't deducted my balance with the refund, which is strange. I tried to chat in and they said they're the bank, you need to contact Paypal. I tried to contact them and it never resolve. Does anyone know how to email PayPal ?

Works for me but basically it says allow 7 to 10 working days from the time the merchant refunded for it to show back on your PayPal credit account.

Thanks it could be due to the region . I can't open the link. 7-10 Business days ? It has been a whole month tho...
