Made purchase and selected Paypal credit. Entire purchase was taken directly from bank account.

I selected Paypal credit 24 months 0% interest but entire amount was taken from bank account. Now I wont have funds in bank to cover my bills.

Was the item over £99 or $99 as apparently in order to get 0% interest free credit it won't start an instalment plan if however it was over the 99£/$ then I suggest calling forget Live chat wastes time and sometimes doesn't give you the options you require which will frustrate you even more hope that helps you
