I want to use PayPal credit for a purchase from someone in the Netherlands but I'm not given that option. Why not? Is it going to be fixed?
Both of us have a Paypal account. He has sent me invoices but even if I just want to pay without an invoice, I'm not given the option of Paypal Credit.

Make sure you're paying in USD only. Also note that PayPal Credit may not be available in all instances depending on the circumstances of your transaction (account history/security/risk) and could be restricted by PayPal. If PayPal Credit is not offered, it is recommended that you use another linked method to complete transaction.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
