How does special financing pay off work?

How do I know if my payment is toward the special finance items? Do I have to pay the exactly same amount or is there any other tricks I have to do.

Thanks for reply! so just to make sure I fully understand.  as long I make more than the min payment each month, that extra amount is paying off the special finance purchase?
