Failed SSO transition

I've been receiving an error message when I try to go to PayPal Credit after logging into my account. The error message is, "Sorry, there was a technical error. Please try again later." and the tab reads Failed SSO transition. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, what is the solution?

Does it show you have a $0 PayPal credit balance although you purchased something? I get the same message as you and google has no solution which is strange considering this is affecting a lot of people. My PayPal credit line was made on July 17th through eBay checkout and I still can’t login to my PayPal credit account. I called PayPal credit and they said I have no balance and that my eBay purchase was declined although I have already long received the item. I just hope this is not some predatory loan scheme to charge high interest and fees to customers by not letting them pay their balance. I will continue to look into this and I suggest to start keeping a paper trail.

Has there been any update on your situation. 

I'm going through the same thing. 

On my app, it shows I don't owe anything, but on the computer, it does show. I still don't have a payment due yet, but I can even make an early payment. 

I'm starting to get worried because I do not want to pay interest. 

I also cant call pay pal because my phone won't allow me since I'm currently not in the states right now.

Still no change. I will attempt to call Synchrony today and post what I find out.

There is a balance and the purchase is in my purchase history. The financing is provided by Synchrony ... the issue may be on their end, bit this lack of response from PayPal is disconcerting. I will try to contact Symphony today and post back here what I find out.

I am having the same issue. Today I tried to call and got transferred to the "static line". I could faintly hear someone, but there was no way to have a conversation. I called back and the rep is faxing me a statement (24-48 hours should arrive). This is months now I haven't been able to access the PayPal Credit; only now I have used it and there is a balance so of course now I am concerned. Due date is quickly approaching and making payments by phone freaks me out. I should have never used it . . . .
