There is a balance and the purchase is in my purchase history. The financing is provided by Synchrony ... the issue may be on their end, bit this lack of response from PayPal is disconcerting. I will try to contact Symphony today and post back here what I find out. ... View more

I've been receiving an error message when I try to go to PayPal Credit after logging into my account. The error message is, "Sorry, there was a technical error. Please try again later." and the tab reads Failed SSO transition. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, what is the solution? ... View more
