After two billing cycles, PayPal will cut you a check for the negative balance automatically just like credit cards do, if you do not use the credit on a purchase in the meantime. When that happens, you'll see a statement indicating the credit refund on the second billing cycle and they send the check. Allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing and mailing time.
